Digi International Inc. (Digi) was formed in 1985 as a Minnesota corporation and reorganized as a Delaware corporation in 1989 in conjunction with its initial public offering. Our common stock is traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol DGII. Our global headquarters is in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and we have regional sales offices throughout North America, Europe and Asia. We also have engineering locations in North America, Europe and India.
