DLLD Power, founded in Dali city of Yunnan province in the year 1991, is a private enterprise specializing in the research, design, production and sales of micro hydroelectric equipment coving full series of range micro and small hydropower projects. DLLD could design and custom make special turbines for specific site conditions. Generally, there are mostly below types turbine are used for micro hydropower system, such as Turgo turbine (or Pelton turbine) for high head sites, Tubular turbine, Francis turbine and crossflow type turbine for medium head sites, and axial flow turbine like Propeller, Kaplan, and also are suitable for low head sites. We also custom make Barrel type turbine, Submersible type turbine and Floating type turbines for special site conditions, like irrigation canals, mills, fish farms, streams and creeks micro hydropower application.

DLLD have been awarded many advanced patented technologies and commend in China, such as the “First Prize of Invention of Micro Hydro Generator for Rural Users” by Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Commission in 1991; “Excellent Project Award of Agricultural Science and Technology” by the State Science and Technology Commission in 1996; “China Rural Energy Industry Association” in 2002. In 2002, China Rural Energy Industry Association “China Rural Energy Small Power Supply Industry Excellent Product Award”, and so on. DLLD Power passed CE certification in 2001 year and have been export to United States, Britain, France, Lativa, Peru, Chile, Indonesia, Guinea, Russia, Congo and Southeast Asia, etc other 60 countries like more than 20 years. Our products are well popular by the users because its stable performance and free maintenance.
1. Small size, lightweight, and reasonable integrated design, for the stand-alone system we use rare earth permanent magnet synchronous generator for super-reliable performance and simple structure. For on-grid usage, we can use the asynchronous generator.
2. Equipped with automatic voltage and frequency regulation control function, our ELC controls the electricity for the generator and sends the excess electricity to a dummy load fully. Take an example, if the load loss is 20%, our thyristor will automatically balance this 20% load by itself fully to keep the voltage stabilization.
3. DLLD hydroelectric equipment can be output AC power directly to be used as a power source for lighting, watching TV, and dragging micro agricultural and by-product processing machinery for farmers. Also could be stored in the battery for peak usage.
4. DLLD combines a micro water turbine, generator, voltage, frequency stabilization controller, etc. integrated together, with reliable performance and low maintenance cost, which also increase the lifecycle by 20-30 years.
