Dunphy - Axial Air Flow Burners

The `T` series of monobloc, axial air flow burners are designed for use with all liquid and gaseous fuels and are suitable for industrial, process, property, waste to energy, drying and wastewater treatment applications. The burners` axial air flow produces the uniform air distribution essential to ensuring high combustion efficiency across a wide turndown range at ALL levels of firing. Typically, our `T` series burners achieve turndowns of: 10:1 on gas, 4:1 on oil and 8:1 on steam/air atomisation

Control Systems

Dunphy - Boiler Sequencing Panel

The use of a boiler sequencing system ensures that boilers are fired in a controlled manner providing cost savings by preventing individual boilers from over firing and cycling on and off unnecessarily. The sequencer determines the number of boilers required to meet the system demand by monitoring the steam pressure in the header or the steam flow, and keeps the remaining boilers in a warm standby state, allowing them to be brought up to pressure quickly in the event of an increase in demand. The sequencing panel also provides an overview of the boiler plant, displaying the system pressure as well as individual boiler pressures, firing rates and statuses.

Ratiotronic - Digital Combustion Control

Of all the systems in the boiler house, the advanced design Ratiotronic control unit is one of the most important elements for delivering consistent energy savings and emissions reduction. This sophisticated digital control system provides a range of automatic burner management options including control of variable speed drives, fuel and air trims and operations sequencing for precise, real time fuel efficiency.
