The innovative RockIt system conforms to UL 2703 (UL 2703A when used with RockIt Smart Slide) and UL 3741, and is the solar industry’s premier rail-less PV racking system for use on a variety of roof types including composition shingle, standing seam metal pitched rooftops, and low slope roofs. Designed in conjunction with solar installers, the RockIt System quickly & easily installs with the use of just a single tool, speeding up the overall installation time.

ClickFit conforms to UL 2703 (UL 2703A when used with ClickFit Smart Foot) and UL 3741, and is one of the fastest installing rail-based systems in the industry. Our newly enhanced ClickFit L-Foot features a pre-installed rail bolt that, along with the “Click-In rail assembly,” allows the ClickFit rails to be set and clamped securely in place. The rails can be connected in seconds to any of EcoFasten’s composition shingle, tile, and metal roof mounts. The ClickFit system is made of robust materials, such as aluminum and coated steel, to ensure corrosion resistance and longevity. ClickFit has been tested in extreme weather conditions including wind, fire, and snow.

RibFit is a rail-less mounting system that conforms to UL 2703 and is designed for use on metal roofs. The RibFit system consists of an aluminum slide that attaches directly to the top of the rib. Minimal components and integrated bonding pins reduce installation times compared to rail-based systems. RibFit is compatible with most trapezoidal/ R-panel metal roof panels with a ridge width of ¾” or greater and 26-gauge or thicker.

Designed for use with our rail-based ClickFit System, Smart Foot easily attaches to composition shingle roofs. Fabricated from cast aluminum, the ClickFit Smart Foot features our proprietary UltraGrip Technology™. A layer of foam cushioning helps to embed the waterproofing sealant deep into the granules of the shingle and flexibly conforms over the steps commonly found on architectural-style shingles. Simply peel the backing off the release liner from the underside of the UltraGrip pad and place the mount on the shingles. Smart Foot comes packaged with the ClickFit “Clicker.” Screws are sold separately.

RockIt Smart Slide is the ultimate solution for fast and easy installation of the rail-less RockIt racking system on composition shingle roofs. Smart Slide conforms to UL 2703 and UL 2703A. Smart Slide also conforms to UL 441 and TAS 100 (A)-95 for wind and wind-driven rain, providing a super-strong watertight seal that is achieved through compression, in most cases without the need for additional sealant.

GF-1 is our most versatile solution for attaching solar to composition shingle roofs. Install the flashing using a single fastener for a quick & easy installation. When using the GF-1 flashing grommet and an EcoFasten compression bracket, a watertight seal is created, maintaining the integrity of the roof.

The solar industry favorite QB-1 system utilizes a super-strong and extremely versatile base that can be used on composition shingle, tile, shake, slate, metal shingle, and low slope rooftop solar applications. QB-1 is the ideal rail-based solution for mounting solar on new residential construction projects because the mounts can be installed before the roofing material, allowing for the roof to be shingled or tiled around the installed mounts. Aluminum cone flashings are sized specifically to fit the post and are available when being installed on composition shingle and tile roofs.

Introducing EcoFasten’s innovative Side Clip – the ultimate module frame wire management solution. The easy-to-install clip provides a reliable way to manage wires on module frames without the hassles of traditional wire clips. Our Side Clip can hold up to six wires and works perfectly on modules with small or no flanges, offering a secure fit that won’t fall off. Ideal for managing wires for micro-inverters, power optimizers, PV leads, and homeruns. Side Clip is offered in three standard module frame thicknesses—30MM, 32MM, and 35MM—and a versatile universal option that easily adjusts to fit 30MM, 32MM, 35MM, and 40MM frames.

Smart Conduit Mount is our newest and easiest solution for raising electrical conduit up and off the surface of the roof. This mount installs quickly on composition shingle roofs and can be positioned in either N-S or E-W orientation, giving the installer maximum flexibility. The Smart Conduit Mount features our proprietary UltraGrip Technology™. A layer of cushioning foam helps to embed the waterproofing sealant deep into the granules of the shingle. Compatible with all conduit clamps (not included).

Our Junction Box for solar arrays can be deck-mounted or rail-mounted and is specifically sized to house four strings (DC/AC). Deck-mounted installations do not require cutting around the shingles and feature a watertight attic pass-through option. Integrated weep holes, multiple oriented screw bosses, and pre-drilled guides on three sides (South, East, and West) provide a fast, assisted installation.
