Endeas QuickSun - High-Performance Cell Tester for Laboratories and Quality Control
QuickSun 130E is a versatile manually operated Xenon flash simulator for testing both ordinary and high capacitance crystalline silicon solar cells. A detailed test report is included with every simulator, proving class A+A+A+ performance with respect to spectrum, irradiance non-uniformity, and short-term instability (STI). The Xenon technology spectrum is continuous, from 300 nm up to 1,200 nm, and it complies without any reservations with the future standard IEC 60904-9 Ed.3. Long-term instability (LTI) is also within class A+ tolerances during the 100 ms long flash pulse – even the high efficiency and capacitance IBC and HJT modules can be measured accurately by applying the Capacitance Compensation (CAC) method.

QuickSun 550Ei is a versatile testing system for qualifying of PV modules with dimensions up to 105 x 205 cm2. Basic set up includes a top class solar simulator which measures modules in sunny side up position enabling e.g. soiling simulations. Several additional measurement methods can be integrated to the same system including high resolution EL imaging with analysis software from one of the most recognized EL system suppliers. Technology
Endeas QuickSun - Accurate Flash Testing Technology
Accurate flash testing of high-efficiency solar cells and modules with QuickSun solar simulators using Capacitance Compensation (CAC). High-efficiency solar cells – such as passivated emitter and rear contact (PERC) cells, heterojunction technology (HJT) cells, and interdigitated back-contact (IBC) cells – are currently gaining in production volume and market share. However, the solar simulators used in many manufacturing lines cannot accurately measure the maximum power and other characteristics of these devices. Typically, maximum power is underestimated, causing manufacturers to sell their products with lower power, and thus lower price, than necessary.
Endeas QuickSun - Spectrum Technology
Spectral match of QuickSun 550CE is class A+ according to both editions of the standard IEC 60904-9. The new parameters on spectrum quality are calculated on the left. The graph shows spectral deviation is green (positive deviation) and red (negative deviation).
