Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors

Vishay Vitramon manufactures a wide variety of Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) for commercial, industrial and high reliability applications. The VJ Series commercial capacitors include X7R and C0G/NP0 dielectrics and are available in popular case sizes 0402, 0603 & 0805 and larger with nickel barrier and palladium silver terminations. Vitramon also offers models screened to MIL-PRF-55681 (CDR), DSSC devices (03029), MIL-PRF-123 requirements, as well as VJ and QUAD High Frequency devices.Vitramon MLCC products utilize Noble Metal Electrode (NME) for the most reliable MLCC devices available. ES Components has been a Franchised Distributor for Vishay Vitramon or more than 25 years and has a long history of supplying Vishay Vitramon products into all markets, particularly Military, Aerospace, Medical Implant, and Industrial.ES Co ponents stocks a wide variety of Vishay Vitramon MLCC devices and are available Off-The-Shelf.

Diodes

Diodes & Thyristors

ES Components is a franchised distributor for Semikron Diodes and Thyristors in bare die form.CAL (Controlled Axial Lifetime) freewheeling diodes are available in 600V / 650V, 1200V, and 1700V voltage classes with current ratings up to 200A. Depending on the target application’s frequency, variants with custom designed switching properties are available. Rectifier diodes and thyristors are designed for the 1600V voltage class, covering a wide range of current ratings up to 770A, equivalent to a die size of more than 500 mm2. Variable configurations of the thyristor gate (corner vs. center gate) enable an optimized bond layout in the respective target design on the customer side.

Sensitron Semiconductor

ES Components is an authorized distributor for Sensitron. Sensitron’s Die Products have been used in space and high-reliability applications for more than 40 years. The preferred parts list contains many standard voltages from 50 volt to 600 volt die. Sensitron can perform Lot Acceptance Testing to the process flow for the following quality levels: MIL-PRF-38534, Class H and Class K and MIL-PRF-19500, Class H and Class K.

Vishay Diodes

ES Components offers a wide variety of diodes from the Vishay Diodes Divisions. Devices are available with wire-bondable topside metals and solderable tri-metal or gold backside metal to support various assembly technologies. We can also support MIL-PRF-38534 Class H and Class K Element Evaluation requirements.
