Vishay Vitramon manufactures a wide variety of Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) for commercial, industrial and high reliability applications. The VJ Series commercial capacitors include X7R and C0G/NP0 dielectrics and are available in popular case sizes 0402, 0603 & 0805 and larger with nickel barrier and palladium silver terminations. Vitramon also offers models screened to MIL-PRF-55681 (CDR), DSSC devices (03029), MIL-PRF-123 requirements, as well as VJ and QUAD High Frequency devices.Vitramon MLCC products utilize Noble Metal Electrode (NME) for the most reliable MLCC devices available.
