FARM WEST AG LTD is based in Regina, Sask. Owner, Harvey Kuhar, grew up on a large mixed family farm at Punnichy, Sask. The family farm was a diversified operation with grain farming and purebred Polled Hereford cattle being the main focus along with some commercial cattle, hogs, poultry, milking cows and horses to support a large family. The farm was sold in 1995. Harvey has retained and presently maintains a small herd of cattle. Over the last 30 + years, Harvey has also enjoyed successful careers in the mechanics, financial, agricultural chemical, fertilizer and seed sectors and more recently, in sales, marketing and management capacities with prominent companies in the agri-business sector
