FITZER - Air Cooled Chillers
FITZER offers a variety of air-cooled scroll chillers for a wide range of capacities from 10 tons to 400 tons comfort and process cooling applications with medium GWP HFCs R134A, R404, R407C and R410A refrigerant options. Our air-cooled scroll chillers can reduce your total cost of ownership because they are engineering for lower life cycle costs and reliability through design simplicity. Our compressor technology is direct drive, low speed (3600 rpm) with only two rotating parts for high reliability and efficiency. Optimized compressor parts profiles are designed specifically for chilled water applications to optimize full and part-load efficiency. Our `Smart H` Microprocessor provides greater reliability through a proactive control strategy, safety functions with simple diagnostics and easy interface with any building automation / energy management using a single twisted pair of wires.
FITZER - Waste Heat Recovery System
WASTE HEAT RECOVERY is a process of recovering ENERGY from waste process outputs. These are custom built equipments or systems designed as per the waste heat available and the process heat load. • These are custom built equipments as per the type waste heat available and the process heat requirements. A detailed study of the clients system is required. • These systems can be designed to recover waste heat from high temperature flue gases of furnaces , DG sets, boilers or any other heat source. • The waste heat recovery can be designed in shell and tube type or water tube type design based on the operating pressure of the system.
FITZER - Thermal Energy Storage system (TES)
Thermal Energy Storage Systems (both Ice and Water based) with special focus on Chilled Water Thermal Energy Storage System, This system utilizes only the sensible heat of water for cooling energy storage in a chilled water storage tank and discharges the stored coldness for air-conditioning during the on-peak time. The key technology of CWStorage system is the diffuser design which ensures thermal stratification of chilled water and warm water by density difference. Our technology is the state of the art technology which is recommended in ASHRAE’s design guide.
FITZER - IQF - Individual Quick Freezer
IQF Tunnel Freezers are specialized IQF Freezers that are capable of freezing large quantities of produce in short periods of time while ensuring that the products are frozen without causing any clumps from developing or having the product stick together, thereby compromising quality. The transmission belt is made of stainless steel mesh belt, feeding materials which are to be frozen must be placed on pallet, realizing quick and complete freezing through side or top cold air blowing. It is most suitable for processing spring roll, steamed dumpling, meat ball and fish etc. The range of freezing time is adjustable from 15-100 minutes. Component name: 1. Front device 2. Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger is the most common type of heat exchanger in oil refineries and other large chemical processes, and is suited for higher-pressure applications. Shell Tubes Heat Exchanger are classified into fixed and Floating type Heat Exchangers . Fixed type Heat Exchangers are used where there are absolutely no chances for inter mixing of two fluids.
