The gasification process includes four stages, each occurring in one of the four separate zones within the gasifier: drying, pyrolysis, oxidation and reduction zone.

A complete gasifier system includes biomass charging equipment, the gasifier, gas cooling and cleaning system, and control system. The gasifier converts biomass fuel into producer gas. The fuel is batch loaded into gasifier using a bucket charger or inclined conveyor.

Flex Technologies offers one of the widest ranges on the market of power, heat and CHP plants running on wood fuel and waste biomass. We also supply models optimised for running on low density agricultural waste including wheat straw and rice husk.

WBP series power/CHP plants operate on wood chips and briquettes, as well as briquettes made of straw, corn cob, sunflower hulls, olive pomace and similar.
