Through the benefit of our decades of experience in similar projects, we offer a solution tailor-made to the requirements of our customers that is technologically feasible and economically viable. A further aspect of our responsibility is to clearly show the limits of the treatment processes that we recommend. Our goal is to assist our customers on their path to the right solution with prudence and competence. It is not our intention to sell our customers unnecessary technologies and services, or those that are technically or legally infeasible. We wholeheartedly reject this kind of business practice, and would rather turn down an order that, in our opinion, seems counterproductive or inexpedient. This is simply sound business practice, because only long-term satisfied customers, whom we might even have protected from loss, will maintain a good reputation.
