The HANSA-machine sales and Manufacturing GmbH is a European Manufacturer of municipal vehicles and cemetery excavators. The engineering company was founded in the 50s by August Prüß as a forge and began to develop all-wheel drive excavators and dumpers in the 60’s. The first narrow gauge vehicles were built in the 70s. Managing partners, Hinrich Prüß, the son of the founder, and Norbert Palsmeyer, lead the company from strength to strength up until the end of 2013. Since implementation of a corporate takeover in late 2013, Norbert Palsmeyer and Patrick Palsmeyer, as managing partners, have led the company with its about 105 employees.
