The low energy requirements of modern homes and the increasing reorientation away from fuels such as coal, gas or oil, towards regenerative energy sources, such as wind, water or sun, provide optimal conditions for the use of modern and reliable thin-bed heating mats as the GREEN ELECTRIC MAT.

That way, for example, the two circuits can be used to heat the house quickly, then one can be switched off while the other one keeps the temperature steady. The output is ideally adjusted to the heat requirements of modern houses.

Especially in entrance areas of cold stores, higher air circulation can cause ice formation due to condensation of humidity. As a result, accidents are more likely and the insulation effect of rubber lip doors is diminished. The solution are concrete heating mats by Hemstedt.

In cold stores with a volume of over 10m³ and a room temperature below 0°C, an emergency system with an independent power supply has to be visibly installed according to EN378-1. The Hemstedt EX connecting sleeve can be used to connect the heating cable to both the power grid as well as other cables, thus being suited perfectly for the installation of heating systems. Additionally, the sleeve is aivalable for cable diameters ranging from 2,5mm² to 16mm². The explosion-proof EX connetive sleeve is also the right choice for potentail repairs on EX heating cables.

The ATEX heating cables by Hemstedt are avialable with a broad range of resistance values and distinguish themselves by outstanding durability. Thus, they`re appropriate for fields in which reliable protection from explosions according to ATEX norms is needed.
