The environmental technology / biogas division deals with individual concept solutions and implementations that focus on transport, deposition and intermediate storage of sewage sludge, biomass and viscous bulk goods. This includes the segments for loading systems, wastewater systems, transport systems and screening systems. Considerable emphasis was placed on environmentally correct construction and energy utilisation during the construction of this building. Insulation according to the heat protection regulations is combined with long-distance heating from the company’s own biogas system in the new building. The plant is located at only a 2 km distance and provides heat that is used for heating in winter and cooling in summer.
