Air-Heated Vacuum Kilns

Idry - Air-Heated Vacuum Kilns

Trusted by woodworkers and sawmill owners worldwide, the iDRY Standard is our flagship kiln and perfect for drying up to 2,000 board feet of live edge slabs, lumber, wooden cookies, and more.

Idry - Air-Heated Vacuum Kilns

The iDRY PLUS dries the same way as the iDRY Standard Kiln but has an increased capacity of up to 4,000 board feet. This wood kiln dryer uses airflow to dry a stickered pile. It is similar to a DH kiln or conventional kiln, but under a vacuum pressure similar to that on top of Mt Everest, making this a fast and nice drying system.

Heating Plate Vacuum Kilns

Idry - Heating Plate Vacuum Kilns

The iDRY TURBO Mini is our heating plate style vacuum kiln. This wood dryer uses heating plates to directly heat wood under a lower vacuum than the other iDRY models, which makes it the fastest method of drying lumber while still offering superior quality over other drying methods. The press option is also very effective with this style of kiln thanks to the heating plates’ ability to distribute all the force of the bladder down on every square inch of the lumber. This kiln is sized and designed for furniture, cabinet and millwork shops who are looking for the flattest dried lumber possible. Cabinet manufacturers especially have seen 30-40% yield increases and major throughput improvements. Imagine receiving green lumber on Monday, drying it, and putting it directly into your 4 sided planer/moulder by the end of the week! No ripping, cutting and planing to get a flat piece of wood you can actually work with!!
