In the spring of 2000 Innovative Automation, Inc. was founded to serve the needs of the Hydro Electric Industry. Having over thirty years of combined experience working with utilities and manufacturers alike, our founders have extensive knowledge in every aspect of the hydro industry. Recognizing that down sizing, de-regulation, early retirement and cutbacks will result in a loss of sixty-five percent of the industries experienced staff over the next ten years, our founders have committed to using the knowledge that they have gained to help the industry remain competitive in today`s marketplace. By providing customized training, technical writing and computerized tools tailored for the hydro industry, our customers will have the tools needed to capture knowledge before it is lost, to groom a new generation of staff, and to minimize the amount of downtime by having the documentation required to efficiently service equipment.
