Precision Electric Motor Works’ in-house machining allows for more rapid turn around times. Together with the our strict quality control standards, our machine shop ensures that rigid standards are maintained throughout the entire machining process.

IPS offers IntegraSeal B-stage hard coils for on-site rewinds of medium and high-voltage AC motors and generators, including steam turbine generators and hydroelectric generators. IntegraSeal represents the state of the art for high-voltage coils, combining industry-leading magnet wire and insulating materials with advanced technologies - precision automated manufacturing, automatic turn taping and digitally CNC controlled coil spreading - for significant improvements in dielectric and thermal performance.
