Kaukora was established in Raisio in 1976 to supply heat to Finish households and workers. Jaspi has been heating homes since 1949, with over two million heating devices manufactured. Akvaterm was founded in 1993 in Kokkola and is known as a company that can quickly and cost-effectively deliver customized tanks. In 2017 Akvaterm merged into Kaukora and the production was transferred to Turku and Raisio.
