The HPS Lectrodryer is specially designed for purifying hydrogen process gas streams generated by electrolysis. The HPS Lectrodryer can be used with all methods of hydrogen production and optimized for the generation method.

Lectrodryer RNG dryers remove water from renewable natural gas to comply with pipeline grade requirements or other fuel specifications. System is comprised of temperature swing adsorption (TSA) dryer with a reactivation system adequate for the process conditions with minimal or no gas losses due to purge. Additional upstream components may be included to optimize the drying process such as refrigeration dryer, cooler, knock out tank, etc. This solution is available for a wide range of flows, pressures, temperatures, and moisture content. System is designed for US standards but can be easily adapted to comply with other international certifications. In a limited number of applications, a pressure swing absorption (PSA) dryer might be a better option.

The Lectrodryer Hydrogen Control Panel monitors the gas in Hydrogen-Cooled Generators to enhance efficiency and safety. Dual gas purity analyzers monitor the purity of the generator gas. Pressure and differential pressure indicators continuously monitor the case pressure and fan differential pressure in the generator. Scavenging flow is monitored and controlled.

The Type GAS-B Lectrodryer is specially designed for low pressure gas service, dissociated ammonia service, removal of moisture from cylinder gasses, and for the removal of non-condensable contaminants from all process gas. It is a solid adsorption heat-reactivated gas dryer in a dual tower design that provides efficient and continuous operation. The GAS-B was carefully developed to offer low initial cost, low operating cost and requires little or no maintenance.

The BA is a regenerative-type dryer for compressed air or gas drying. It has a dual tower system suit-able for either steam or electric reactivation, fully automatic in operation. A dependable reactivation blower is provided, thus eliminating the need for the process gas from the steam being required for reac-tivation. And it can provide gas or air with a dew point of -40ºF or below.
