Michigan Solar Solutions (MSS)

Michigan Solar Solutions, LLC (MSS) was founded by Mark Hagerty in 2007. After over six years in business, MSS is considered one of the most experienced renewable energy design, sales and solar installation companies in Michigan. We have completed successful jobs with Detroit Edison and Consumers Energy on projects they own and control. In June 2009, Consumers Energy selected MSS to complete a Smart-Grid demonstration project at their headquarters in Jackson, MI. This system incorporated forward thinking design concepts that will not be seen in the private sector for many years. In April of 2009, Detroit Edison selected MSS to perform an assessment of their 36kw solar array in Washtenaw County which had been shut down and not repaired in more than ten years.
