Right from the very start, Mühlböck has specialised in the development and manufacture of timber drying plants. This focus has been maintained to this day. The complete production of plant components is carried out at the company’s Eberschwang location, as is the programming of the control software. With 12,500 plants in operation worldwide, the company has a wealth of experience to draw on. Mühlböck has launched a number of product innovations over the last few years that, from a technical perspective, have established a unique position for the company in the market place. The new systems are able save up to 50% of the energy normally used during drying. About 160 employees are now employed at the Eberschwang and Hartberg sites. Today, over 12,500 drying plants are successfully in operation worldwide.
