When Ben and Pauline Rassieur founded Paulo in 1943, most manufacturers in St. Louis were handling heat treating in house. They saw an immediate need for commercial heat treating. This was an opportunity to allow manufacturers to focus on their core businesses, while Paulo focused on delivering high-quality heat treating. We’ve built our company from the ground up making sure everything we do meets our customers’ requirements. That means custom-designing systems to trace every order from receiving, through production, and shipment. It means investing in state-of-the-art heat treating equipment.
