Basic Description and Functions of the Burner; The APH-M is a modern type of automatic gas burner designed to burn natural gas, propane butane, biogas, landfill gas and mine gas. The burner works fully automatically, and does not require any permanent control. The connected regulation of heat output and low access of air during combustion ensure highly efficient operation.

Basic Description And Function of Burners; Burners AOH-M represent modernized type of automatic oil burner, intended for the burning of naphtha, light and extra-light fuel oils confirming with the standards ČSN 65 7991 and DIN 51 7991. Burner operation is fully automated, not demanding permanent attendance. Continuous control of heat output and low air excess within the burning guarantee high economy of the operation. From design point of view, the burner is designed as complex unit, i.e. the fan is directly in the body of the burner. Burners of the series AOH-M PL are equipped with oil heater, guaranteeing fast heating of the fuel to needed spraying temperature.

Automatic combined burners series AKH – ME with electronic coupling fuel-air for combustion gaseous fuel and ELTO.

PKH is combined industrial burner for burning of gaseous and liquid fuels, designed as one design complex (monoblock). FD fan with noise silencer is located directly on the burner; if required, the fan can be separated and located independently, or common fan for more burners can be used. Burners are designed for the burning of natural gas up to the inlet overpressure 50 kPa. Further, also heavy gas oil (LTO) or mazut, which are sprayed as pressurized or by steam.Burner enables continuous control of heat output, whereas electronic link from the control automation maintains the correct ratio between fuel and air. Air quantity control by means of frequency converter guarantees maximal utilization of used electric power. Stack loss of consumers is minimized by low air excess in burning, which can be further optimized by means of oxygen probe.

Automatic gas burners of the series APH-M guarantee the burning, while burning low-pressure and medium-pressure propane, propane-butane, biogas, sewage and degasation gas. Burners comply with technical requirements ČSN EN 676, ČSN 07 5801; consequently, they can be used for broad spectrum of burning and technological equipment. Emission values do not exceed limits specified by the government decree no. 352/2002 Coll. In relation to the requirement of the law no. 22/1997 Coll., the independent authorized body (AO 202) evaluated the compliance with selected standards and technical instructions, and declaration of conformity was issued for them.

The PBS POWER EQUIPMENT, s.r.o. manufactures, installs and services atmospheric NTF type Flares used for combustion of residual biogas (resp. other combustible gas) mainly in cases of emergency stops of main consumers (cogeneration units).

Boiler rooms are used as a central or decentralized source, especially in places where there is a need to accelerate construction of the boiler room.
