The APH-M is a modern type of automatic gas burner designed to burn natural gas, propane butane, biogas, landfill gas and mine gas. The burner works fully automatically, and does not require any permanent control. The connected regulation of heat output and low access of air during combustion ensure highly efficient operation. The burner is designed as a monoblock and thus the ventilator is a part of the burner’s main body. The starting cycle together with the ventilation of the combustion chamber and valve tightness control, the regulation of heat output and all safety functions are controlled (after receiving impulses from operating sensors) by MA-2 or MA-3 microprocessor automatics. The MA-2 automatics can be placed directly on the burner or on a special stand. MA-3 is produced to fit into the distributor.

Automatic combined burners series AKH – ME with electronic coupling fuel-air for combustion gaseous fuel and ELTO. Series AKH-ME covers modernized types of  automatic combined burners with power range from 400 into 8 000 kW for burning gaseous fuel (low-pressure and medium-pressure natur gas, propane, propane-butane, sewage gas, biogas, fire damp and extra light furnace oil (ELTO). Constructional are burner solving like monoblock,  that ventilator air of combustion be contained directly in body of burner. Regulation quantity air of combustion is maked by mechanical regulation of air-flaps or with combination changes speed motor ventilator by means of inverter (savings electret. flow) and mechanical regulation of air-flaps.

Main difference between this type of burners and other types such as monoblock burners, power burners and so on is the application for which the burner is intended. Process burners are specific category of burner utilized in the refining, reforming, and petrochemical processing industry to provide energy to fluids in a specific process within the plant. It is the custom manufacturing with design according to specific requirements of the application submitted by the customer.

Application: Output burners are produced in the versions for liquid fuels, gaseous fuels or as combined burners. Their use is possible in the output applications, for ignition and stabilization, or for any other special applications. Furthermore, the installation of several burners into common air box is possible, too.
