The boiler uses a screw conveyor to transport pellets of different size from the hopper. The boiler ignites and turns off at the direction of the thermostat, after each heating cycle the burner cleans itself. Ash from the boiler is usually removed one to three times per week (depending on the type of pellets, 1 to 10% of ash remains).
