The phyCORE-i.MX 91/93 is a System on Module (SoM) designed by PHYTEC. It integrates the i.MX 91 and i.MX 93 processors from NXP`s i.MX 9x family, capitalizing on their Energy Flex architecture to achieve high computational performance while minimizing power consumption. The compact design is 36mm x 36mm, promoting its use in efficient, cost-effective applications. It supports enhanced security features like lifecycle management and secure booting, owing to its integrated EdgeLock® Secure Enclave. The module is pin-compatible with earlier models like the phyCORE-i.MX 6UL/ULL and the new phyCORE-STM32MP13x, facilitating scalability and extended product lifecycles. Its Direct Solder Connect technology optimizes manufacturing costs in large-scale production.
