PIDC is an advanced materials company. Leveraging our expertise in alumina, zeolites, rare earths & inorganics, and mixed oxides, we develop precisely-right chemicals and materials for a wide variety of industries and applications. Established in 1992, PIDC began as a rare earth, commodities trading company. Our founder, Wei Wu, was among the first to bring Chinese rare earths to the United States, introducing a variety of materials in large volume. Over the last three decades, we have expanded our global presence to include facilities and offices all over the world, continually focusing on finding better, safer, and more cost-effective ways to manufacture specialty chemicals. Our product offerings have evolved from commodities to a portfolio of over 200 value-added materials.
