Cutting Edge Technology

While our experienced boiler-makers do much of the work of building boilers by hand, they also use state-of-the-art equipment to reduce the time it takes to build precision-quality boilers. Our large Titan plasma cutting machine cuts the thick steel parts used in every boiler. With the precision of a surgeon, it quickly slices through thick steel like a hot knife through butter. Our employees use robotic welding machines to weld boilers with precision. Specialized equipment enables us to perform X-ray inspections of all welds to ensure the quality of every weld in every boiler.
