Сontinuous pyrolysis is the thermal waste treatment technology applied for dry sewage sludge, biomass, municipal or clinical waste eco-friendly processing with further production of the commercially attractive products like electricity, heat, liquid or solid fuel. Pyrolysis process is wasteless and eco-friendly.
Due to unique construction of the reactor chamber and low temperature of the process, dioxins and furans are eliminated completely. Innovative filter systems, designed special for the pyrolysis units, protect environment from emissions of dangerous substances (CO2, CH, carbon monoxide and solid particles).
Output pyrocarbon powder could be used for producing eco-friendly premium charcoal. BBQ briquettes characterized by:
- high energy value and long glow duration,
- fast ignition and neutral smell,
- smooth burning and long keeping high temperature,

EQUIPMENT ELEMENTS
The typical pyrolysis facility consists of:
• Preparation system for MSW (including waste sorting line, shredders, dryers, transporting belts, receiving tanks, and other supporting equipment);
• Continuous pyrolysis reactor having capacity 2.5 t/hour (calculated dry prepared raw);
• Complex system for output products management: gas condensing and purification module, block of various filters, liquid fuel collectors, pneumotransport and briquetting machine for pyrocarbon powder.
• Overall automatic control and monitoring system, including emergency stop button; emergency chimney.
