Reliable Turbine Services, Inc. is a full service turbine repair company with our main 38,000 Sq.Ft. facility just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. We have an additional 35,000 Sq.Ft. facility in Houston, Texas, and facilities in Medellín, Colombia.

Since 1984, RTS has earned international recognition as a full-service turbine repair company, capable of providing a very comprehensive list of repairs and replacement parts for large steam turbines. We have worked with virtually every type of turbine in the utility industry.
1984: Reliable Turbine Services located in Sullivan, MO opened for business.
2005: Reliable Turbine Services (Sullivan, MO) and Critical Path Services (Houston, TX) merger announced.
2007: Pinnacle Component Technologies a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliable Turbine Services, Inc. located in League City, Texas opens a 14,000 Sq. Ft. manufacturing facility for business.
2009: Reliable Turbine Services Latin America (Colombia) division opened for business.
2010: Reliable Turbine Services Open, Clean, Inspect & Close Division opened for business.
2011: Reliable Turbine Services officially offers a complete Turnkey Turbine Generator Outage solution for clients.
2012: Reliable Turbine Services formerly Pinnacle Component Technologies relocates from League City, TX to a New 35,000 Sq., Ft. Manufacturing, Valve Repair, and Steam Path Depot Located in Houston, TX. Reliable Turbine Services Sullivan starts Sullivan, MO facility expansion.
2013: Reliable Turbine Services launches 'Rapid Response Unit' to have the fastest emergency response time in the industry. Reliable Turbine Services launches Generator Services group to bring a complete turnkey solution to our customers.

With our combined years of dedicated service in the machining industry, we understand the importance of timely delivery without substituting quality. The standards and procedures included in our quality management system allow us to meet or exceed most OEMs’ requirements. Our QC department utilizes a Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) as well as a Sigma Optical Comparator to ensure the accuracy of the finished product.

Our Houston Manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2008 Certified and holds itself to the highest quality standards. RTS has adopted a process based Quality Management System (QMS) that:
- Identifies the processes needed for the delivery of product/service
- Determines the sequence and interaction of the processes
- Determines the criteria and methods required to ensure the effective operations and control of these processes
- Ensures the availability of information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes
- Measures, monitors, and analyzes these processes
- And implements action necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes
Where RTS chooses to outsource any process that affects conformity with requirements, RTS management will ensure that appropriate controls are established. Controls of outsourced processes are identified within our Quality Management System.

RTS considers the prevention of accidents to be of the utmost importance to the well-being of our work force and yours, resulting in efficient productivity and customer satisfaction. SAFETY IS THE JOB OF ALL HANDS.
Safety, Health & Environmental Policy
RTS is totally committed to protecting people, property, and the environment. We firmly believe that, with the continuous dedication of all RTS employees and subcontractors, all safety, health, and environmental incidents can be prevented.
Within each RTS organization, and at each project site, management at all levels implements and fully supports RTS's safety, health, and environmental systems. Management always provides the systems and the resources necessary to ensure a safe and healthful work site and provides safety, health, and environmental training for our employees. Similarly, all RTS personnel will be committed to RTS safety, health, and environmental systems, and compliance with regulatory requirements; if these requirements cannot be met, the job will not be started. Accordingly, on RTS jobsites, the pressure to complete a job on time must not compromise safety, health or the environment.
At RTS sites, pre-job safety planning is conducted before starting any job or task.
All RTS employees are responsible for working safely and assisting their coworkers in preventing injuries and illnesses. Compliance with RTS safety policies, rules, and procedures and regulatory requirements is a condition of employment with the company. Management supports employees in their right and their responsibility to question the adequacy of safety and health provisions and to provide their input to management on hazard identification and safety systems that are used within the company.
RTS's employees and subcontractor workers are unquestionably its most valuable asset, and as such, our commitment to a safe and healthful workplace and the full involvement of employees in our safety and health systems is strongly encouraged. RTS is totally supportive of the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) and its elements that lead to safety and health excellence. As such, our safety and health systems have been developed to mirror the key elements of that OSHA program.
