Santin SRL - Industrial burners products

SIR are direct heating burners.  SIR burners work in pairs and they exchange heat through heat exchanger that gets heat during alternate suction. This kind of burners allow to get a consumption reduction compared with tradition burners but also compared with other regenerative burners in market. Indeed, thanks to special internal system SIRaspires hot air from the furnace allowing to get exchange every 2 minutes. Exhaust gases are ejected about 85/90% through the burners and 10/15 % through the furnace chimney. SIR are Low-Nox burners and can be used up to 1400 °C. SIR are ignited with pilot and detection with UV sensor (the pilot burner and the UV sensor are not included). Pilot and UV are mandatory for temperature operation below 800°C  (UNI EN746-2).

BFSR is the new self-recuperative burner from Santin Burners. BF-SR for direct and indirect heating, allow to get energy-saving operation thanks to integrated ceramic and metallic heat exchanger. Modular design allows an easy maintenance and installation.

Small linear burner suitable for for continuous heating of small pieces in industrial process lines. It’s work with LPG from 400 to 700 mbar with Venturi cone. Optional: KIT Electrodes, KIT Venturi KV with nozzle and air disk regulator. LNS can be equipped with one-stage gas train, control unit with ignition transformer and command panel for remote control with temperature controller as optional.

VG are suitable for heating fresh air in make-up and process air heating applications with minimum 18% O2. VG are assembled with straight sections 150 and 300 mm and Cross and TE sections that allow to create the burner shape according to customer needs. Multi-fuel with 30:1 (Also more) TurnDown, VG produces  a uniform, odorless, and smokeless flame with low NOx emissions. Line burners constructed of cast iron gas body and INO310S air wings that allow to pre-heat the air up to 700°C
