The acquisition of IES Biogas has been performed by Snam, the company through which Snam has been developing infrastructure for refuelling compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) engines. We are one of the world`s leading energy operators We are Europe’s leading operator in natural gas transport, with a network of approximately 38,000 km in Italy and abroad. We also deals with: -storage, with more than 17% of the European capacity -regasification, with 13.5 billion cubic meters of gas per year that will rise to 18.5 billion cubic meters to 2025 thanks to the plant in Ravenna. With over 80 years of experience and our positioning, we want to be a benchmark and an example of sustainability in the construction and management of energy infrastructures, in Italy and in Europe.
