Founded in 1996, we are located in the technology corridor in Wedel in the Hamburg metropolitan region, where we develop and manufacture the highest quality photovoltaic modules for both building integration and traditional applications. solarnova was spun off from AEG`s research and development, which established one of the first PV production lines in Wedel in the early 1980s. Our unique, aesthetic photovoltaic modules are suitable for use in customized solutions in solar façades, overhead glazing or as shade elements. We also have the capacity to adapt element shapes, colors and transparency to cater to the most elaborate and specific requests. Besides building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), we also offer an extremely durable and powerful standard module for regular use (on-roof or ground-mounted systems). These products are also all produced in Germany.
