The massive development of renewable energies, such as solar and wind, is an essential lever for the electrification of uses and the achievement of carbon neutrality by 2050, a sine qua non condition for limiting global warming to +1.5 °C. Wind and solar energy are low-carbon energies whose costs are becoming increasingly competitive compared to those of fossil fuels that emit a lot of greenhouse gases.

However, the sensitivity of solar and wind power to weather conditions is a major constraint for the entire value chain, whether with regard to the stability of electrical systems and security of supply, the penetration rate of renewables into the grid and the profitability of power plants, or even the volatility of prices on electricity markets.

Steadysun develops products and offers services to facilitate the integration of solar and wind energies into electrical systems while mitigating the costs and risks associated with weather variability.
