We are using materials resistant to atmospheric and/or chemical influences that can come into contact with the outer surface of the jacket. Thermoglass fabric with protective coatings such as silicone, PTFE, PU, etc. are used as standard.

We are using materials suitable for the maximum operating temperature in contact with the jacket. At lower temperatures, we are using same fabric as for the outer fabric. At higher temperatures, we are using high-temperature thermoglass fabrics with various high-temperature treatments and coatings such as Vermiculite.

The thickness and type of insulation is selected depending on the equipment to be insulated and the operating temperature. The insulation material can be mineral wool, ceramic felt or Pyrogel.

Fixation parts of the insulation jacket is most often performed with Velcro straps. If necessary, we can also use hooks in combination with stainless steel wire.

Insulation jacket can be made with or without closure ends. The closure ends are made with glass braid cord or stainless steel wire, and are required for most equipment so that the insulation jacket can be completely formed around the equipment to be insulated.

It contains information about the insulation jacket such as size and serial number. We need the information from the nameplate in order to be able to find the insulation jacket cutting plan in our CAD database.
