Jack - Inner Fabric
We are using materials suitable for the maximum operating temperature in contact with the jacket. At lower temperatures, we are using same fabric as for the outer fabric. At higher temperatures, we are using high-temperature thermoglass fabrics with various high-temperature treatments and coatings such as Vermiculite.

The standard production program includes insulation jackets in sizes from DN15 – DN300 for all types of valves, filters, condensate separators and flanges up to a maximum operating temperature of 250°C in the LT version and up to a maximum operating temperature of 550°C in the HT version.
In addition to standard insulation jackets, we also produce insulation jackets according to specific requirements related to shape, size or function, such as insulation jackets for pipelines, heat exchangers, turbines, various tanks and all other equipment.
An insulation jacket consists of several main elements that define it as a finished product. Each of the elements is carefully selected so that the insulation jacket ultimately fulfills its function.
