All of the skid tanks manufactured at STAFCO are manufactured according to UL142 specifications and come standard with heavy duty full length box skids and include enamel paint over primer on mill surface. Skid tanks are available in either single wall or double wall configurations. Below is a list of skid tanks that are normally stocked in our yard. Larger sizes are available upon request.

Ethanol is an alcohol-like substance that is produced from corn, sugar cane and other farm grown plants. Ethanol reduces our dependency on foreign petroleum imports and reduces air emissions by helping gasoline burn cleaner. The technology for storing and dispensing gasoline can be applied to alcohol fuels such as E85 because alcohols and alcohol blends, like gasoline, are liquid fuels at ambient pressures and temperatures. However, only E85-compatible materials should be used in the storage and dispensing systems. Most operating problems with ethanol-fueled vehicles have been traced to contaminated fuel. Consequently, choosing the right materials for fuel storage and dispensing systems and following proper fuel handling procedures are crucial for successfully operating ethanol-fueled vehicles.
