The product range of T&M Systems contains test systems for MDA (manufacturing defects analysers), in circuit, functional, including boundary scan functionality, optical inspection, X-Ray inspection and flying probe test solutions for the PCB test and service industry. T&M Systems has also PCI, VXI, PXI, LXI switch, instrumentation and utility modules for setting up application dependent test systems. With Optical and X-Ray inspection also non destructive material testing and non contact 2D and 3D measurements capabilities.
