The Slide Seal Set 1G9 is engineered for hydraulic systems requiring seals capable of withstanding significant pressures and temperature ranges. This seal set is optimal for environments with pressures up to 400 bar and temperature fluctuations from -30°C to +100°C. Designed with a sliding speed capability of up to 4 meters per second, it ensures efficient operation under dynamic conditions. The standard material used is 0005X, although other materials are available to suit extreme temperature requirements. The Glide Ring within the set is constructed to exhibit robust material properties, while the O-ring utilizes materials such as FKM and EPDM, providing chemical resistance and flexibility. This seal set stands out for its versatility and durability, suitable for both chemical processing and heavy machinery applications.

Constructed from NBR and PUR, it operates effectively under temperatures ranging from -35°C to +100°C when used with hydraulic oils, and up to 50°C with water and emulsions. The wiper supports a sliding speed of up to 2 meters per second, making it suitable for dynamic sealing tasks. Additional materials like POM, PA, and PE can be selected for specific performance needs, including extreme temperatures. The product is available in special sizes with quick production turnarounds. The snap fit feature, contingent on profile width and diameter, enhances its adaptability across different industrial sectors.
