TERRI
Terri’s story began when Valmet built its first prototype in Helsinki, Finland. It was completed and launched in 1972 – a hauler that looked almost like an overgrown snowmobile. A great deal has happened since then. Terri has become Swedish, started manufacturing wheeled machines and gained functions and properties that you would normally find from manufacturers of the largest machines. Terri is part of Alfing i Älmhult, which is owned by the investment company Inev. Terri 3 was released in 2021, the next generation of forestry machine as a harvester, forwarder and combi. These are machines developed for professional forestry with a number of improvements, all with a focus on comfort and productivity. It has a powerful new Cat engine, 24-volt electrical system, larger tank and improved cooling capacity, among other things. But the biggest update is Terri AWS, which ensures optimal traction for all eight wheels on all terrain.
