It’s how we became a trusted source by many industries for their various industrial processes.
We have over 40 years of skill in these types of systems, which is why we’re a leader in electric heating system products, parts, and components. We also offer our services and experience through our team of experts, ready to tackle any challenge regarding your thermal fluid and heating systems.SUPPLYING THE BEST ELECTRIC HEATING SYSTEM
We specialize in custom-made electrical heating systems, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality electric heat systems. These are required in facilities for process heating, such as increasing an object’s temperature.
Our design and supply process allows us to custom-design products that support your unique operations. Our inventory is stocked with different parts and components to create the following types of electric heaters:
- Flanged Electric Heaters
- Circulation Heaters
- Immersion Heaters
We use top-quality heaters, burners, valves, pumps, and many other components to achieve a fully customized solution while improving the heater’s performance. From design to completion, we can deliver results that meet your requirements by designing the most efficient electric heating system your facility needs.DESIGNING HIGH-EFFICIENCY THERMAL FLUID HEATING SYSTEMS
Thermal fluid and hot oil systems recirculate special heat transfer liquids. It’s done through a heat exchanger with varying temperatures according to the application.
Some of its applications include:
- Heating process equipment
- Heating dying rolls and calendars
- Heating press platens
Since no thermal fluid system is perfect, we can customize one according to your application for better output. We’ll consider some factors like efficiency, thermal stability, system adaptability, and physical properties to design the right one for you.SPECIALLY DESIGNED & DEVELOPED THERMAL FILTRATION SYSTEMS
Thermal filtration systems are essential to remove unwanted suspended solids from your thermal process systems. These can degrade your components, which is why an attached thermal filtration system comes in handy. The goal is to ensure your system’s operation runs smoothly and seamlessly.
With our custom-designed services, we can meet our clients’ needs. In addition, we can properly install the systems without causing any delays in your operation.
Features of our thermal filtration systems:
- Excellent thermal fluid handling capabilities
- Indoor or outdoor use
- Has an operating capacity of up to 750° F
- Filtration abilities up to 10 microns
- Mounting options available
Whether you’re looking for a simple filtration system or a more comprehensive system that can handle your processes, we have the expertise to meet your stringent requirements while meeting industrial standards.THERMAL, FLUID, STEAM, & GLYCOL PROCESS SKIDS
We specialize in customizing thermal, fluid, steam, and glycol process skids to provide efficient cooling and heating operations. At the same time, our units are designed for accurate temperature control.
You can choose from the following thermal fluids:
Our process skids include secondary loops, valves, pumps, and controls. Plus, depending on the best and safest method for your facility’s various operations, you can choose whether you want a pre-built assembly or field installation.ELECTRIC HEAT SYSTEMS & THERMAL FLUID HEATING SYSTEMS FROM TFS
At Thermal Fluid Systems, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality electric heat pump system and thermal fluid systems that can effortlessly meet your needs. With years of experience in this field, you can trust us with all your installation and design requirements.
The main advantage is that the systems run at a very low pressure, typically just the pressure required to pump the liquid around the system. When designed correctly they reliably and efficiently produce high temperature heat. They are simple to maintain with only the burner and pump needing regular maintenance. Our experience in system design and crucial component selection ensures low maintenance. We use high temperature air-cooled centrifugal pumps with a mechanical seal and bellows-sealed isolation and control valves to ensure this. Other benefits include no danger of damage due to freezing when the plant is shut down, no corrosion, accurate temperature control and high efficiency.
Thermal Fluid Systems Service and Experience
Drawing on our own extensive experience and with the engineering backing of German technology companies who have been building and supplying thermal fluid systems for over 40 years, we can supply a system that exactly meets your process requirements for thermal fluid flow, temperature and capacity. We service what we sell and can provide on-site technical service and support, replacement parts from our extensive inventory and system and control upgrades.
Thermal Fluid Sidestream Filter System
We have recently developed a thermal fluid sidestream filter system that uses special high temperature glass fiber wound depth cartridges, capable of removing particles down to 10 microns! Units are available with and without pump and size matched to your system.
