Heavy Duty Transient Stopper

The HDTS1275-DB is a transient surge stopper that protects electronics from the high energy of transients and load dumps. The HDTS1275-DB also protects electronics when power is connected backwards. The DB9 style and size connector mounts into a standard DB9 panel opening permitting easy integration. The HDTS1275-DB is designed to MIL-STD-1275 requirements and MIL-STD-810 shock and vibration levels.

HE-HP: 100W PC104 PSU Module

The HE-HP is a high efficiency, high performance DC to DC 100 watt power supply module that supplies +5V and +12V outputs. The HE-HP is designed for low noise embedded computer systems, has a wide input range of 6-40V(>6:1) and is ideal for battery or unregulated input applications. The HE-HP is specifically designed for vehicle power supply applications and has four heavy-duty transient suppressors (providing 6000W of protection) that clamp the input voltage to safe levels, while maintaining normal power supply operation. The HE-HP is a state-of-the-art Mosfet based design that provides outstanding line and load regulation with efficiencies up to 95 percent. Organic Semiconductor Capacitors provide filtering that reduces ripple noises below 20mV. The low noise design makes the HE-HP ideal for use aboard aircraft or military applications or wherever EMI or RFI must be minimized.

BAT-NiMh45: 45Ah NiMh Backup Module

NiMh Battery Backup Module for HESC, V5SC & HPSC Series Power Supplies. The BAT-NiMh45 creates a UPS system by plugging directly into the bottom of the HESC (including the V5SC-SER & HPSC) Vehicle Power Supplies. Each BAT-NiMh45 includes seven 4.5Ahr "A" size batteries for a nominal backup voltage of 8.4 volts. The BAT-NiMh45 can therefore supply a total of 37.8 watt-hrs of backup power and supply backup power for up to sixty minutes for a 37.8 watt load. The BAT-NiMh45 includes Mosfet transistors for preventing deep discharge occurrences during extended power outages. The Mosfet transistors electrically isolate the BAT-NiMh45 from the HESC whenever the BE output of the HESC is de-asserted (pulled to 5V).

BAT-SLA(25/45): SLA Battery Backups

Sealed Lead Acid Backup for Smart Charging Power Supplies. The BAT-SLA series includes the BAT-SLA25 and the BAT-SLA45. The BAT-SLA battery backup units have PC/104 footprint and create a complete UPS system by plugging directly into the bottom of the HESC (including the V5SC-SER) Vehicle Power Supplies. Each BAT104-SLA includes five SLA batteries for a nominal backup voltage of 10 volts. The BAT104-SLA25 utilizes 2.5Ahr batteries for a total of 25 watt-hrs backup and the BAT104-SLA45 utilizes 4.5Ahr batteries for a total of 45 watt-hrs of backup power. Therefore a BAT104-SLA45 can supply backup power for up to sixty minutes for a 45 watt load. The BAT104-SLA includes Mosfet transistors for preventing deep discharge occurrences during extended power outages. The Mosfet transistors electrically isolate the BAT104-SLA from the HESC whenever the BE output of the HESC is de-asserted (pulled to 5V)
