TRICERA energy is a German company specializing in customized battery storage systems for energy projects, using both new and second-life batteries from automotive sources to optimize renewable energy use. TRICERA energy GmbH, based in Freiberg and Dresden, develops, builds, and operates medium- to large-scale battery storage systems ranging from under 500 kWh to over 2 MWh. They handle the full battery lifecycle: purchasing, classifying, project development, construction, operation, maintenance, and recycling. With around 90 employees who are battery industry experts, the firm has installed over 280 MWh of capacity and 152 MW of power across more than 40 projects.
