UT Pumps & Systems Private Limited was established as a joint venture partner with a leading German manufacturer of Screw Pumps J H Bornemann in the year 1984 under the name and style Bornemann India Limited. The Company has been manufacturing its range of Screw Pumps in terms of its Technology Transfer agreement with the German company. The Company is also manufacturing its range of High Pressure Triplex Plunger Pumps with technology transfer from another German company. The Company’s Research and Development team has made considerable technological advances and improvements in both the above technologies. The Company has been known by its present name UT Pumps & Systems Private Limited since the year 1997.
