The hot air boiler VIGAS TVZ is designed for burning dry wood from sawdust to logs up to 35 cm long. Sawdust, shavings, chips and offcuts must be burned together with larger logs. The contents of the hopper are sufficient for 6-10 hours of normal boiler operation. The boiler is welded from 4 and 6 mm thick steel sheets. The inner casing of the boilers, which is in contact with the flue gas, is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 6 mm and treated with an anti-corrosion spray. The heat exchanger is welded steel pipes Ø57×4.5 mm. The space of the combustion chamber is lined with fireclay bricks 20 mm thick. The cover shell is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 0.8 mm. The insulation of the boiler consists of NOBASIL material with a thickness of 20 and 40 mm.

The hot water boiler VIGAS 12 DPA is designed for burning pellets with a diameter of 6 mm and a length of up to 40 mm and dry wood from sawdust to logs with a length of up to 370 mm and a maximum diameter of 20 cm. Sawdust, shavings, chips and offcuts must be burned together with logs. The insulation of the boiler consists of NOBASIL insulation material of thickness 20 and 40 mm. The flue gases are discharged through a steel throat with a diameter of 160 mm. The pellet hopper is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.5 mm and its volume is 225 l. The boiler includes a new front gearbox, an electric ignition spiral, a dosing tourniquet, a chimney temperature sensor and an ultrasonic pellet level sensor.

At the beginning of 2016, a boiler with an innovative design and new control software was launched on the market for more efficient combustion and increased boiler efficiency. The boiler is class 5 according to the EN303/5:2021 standard.
