The Weishaupt WM-series monarch® burners, ranging from 185 to 41,000 MBTU/h, epitomize reliability and innovation in the burner industry. Available as gas, oil, and dual-fuel units, monarch® burners are designed with a well-thought-out structure that accommodates various combustion management systems. A key aspect of the monarch® burner success lies in its precise flame geometry, matched perfectly to the combustion chamber of heat generators. With features such as electronic compound regulation and customized mixing assemblies, these burners are adaptable to different thermal processes. The user-friendly design ensures all components controlling fuel and air supplies are easily accessible, while the advanced aerodynamic housing and fan unit ensure quiet operation. Additionally, they are suitable for using biogenic fuels, including bio-oil blends up to B20. With its patented multiflam® technology, Weishaupt ensures low emission limits by incorporating internal flue gas recirculation, achieving NOx levels comparable to compact burners. Special versions of these burners are designed for specialized applications, including vertically firing versions. Weishaupt's WKmono-series burners are designed to handle industrial applications requiring high capacities ranging up to 58,000 MBTU/h, while maintaining a compact form factor with a length of just 64-1/8 inches. These burners utilize a robust combination of reliability, efficiency, and advanced digital combustion management. The digital system simplifies the regulation of gas and oil, making operation and maintenance user-friendly. The WKmono-series offers flexibility, being suitable for a wide range of fuels including natural gas, propane, and #2 oil up to B10. Engineered with components from the proven WK-series duobloc burners, they ensure excellent performance. The burners also feature advanced emissions control technologies, like multiflam® and 4LN for low NOx emissions, complying with stringent environmental standards.
