Westermann GmbH & Co KG

After his locksmith education and a further education to become a mechanical engineering technician Alfons Westermann founded his company in 1989 with his first manually leaded radial sweeper. The company continues growing regularly and it has found its final location in Meppen – near to German Bundesstraße B70, the Europear Road E233 and the German Autobahn (freeway) A31. Only one month later, the Meppen-based cleaning specialist was back in production. New replacement premises were found on the Nödike industrial estate in Meppen. The production lines were set up and the warehouses for spare parts and attachments were replenished as quickly as possible, enabling the company to deliver without significant delays. Westermann was even present at the EuroTier in December and the Green Week in January.
