Charter Plastics is a manufacturer of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe for potable water, reclaimed water, sewer, geothermal, gas, irrigation, and industrial applications. Available in a wide variety of sizes and specifications, Charter products meet or exceed the industry’s highest standards for quality and durability. For us, being a partner includes ongoing investments in our infrastructure, our technology and our pipe inventory. Charter’s manufacturing facilities sit on an expansive 30 acres in Titusville, Pennsylvania that includes two production facilities, multiple warehouses, pipe yards, corporate offices, our Engineering and Machining Division and multiple rail sidings for staging railcars. The ongoing investment that Charter is making in the business is critical to consistently deliver the quality and service that our customers deserve and expect.
