The Electrical Test Laboratory caters for all types of general purpose electrical test equipment, 17th/18th edition electrical testers, multimeters, data loggers, chart recorders, signal generators, function generators, process controllers, indicators, oscilloscopes and scopemeters. The laboratory holds UKAS ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for the calibration of voltage, current, resistance, frequency, temperature simulation and time parameters. The electrical laboratory uses a range of high accuracy electrical calibrators from Fluke and Transmille, off air standards and Fluke process calibrators for onsite calibration work. All our laboratory reference standards are routinely maintained, monitored for drift and calibrated to maintain our measurement uncertainty schedule, along with regular system calibrations conducted under inter-laboratory comparison tests and UKAS audits.

Extensive range of cleaning processes and methods available for high performance aviation and motorsport heat exchangers. All cooler core cleaning, flushing, filtration and drying processes are completed within an ISO Class 6 clean room environment, with high purity monitored fluids, positive pressure environment with realtime ambient particle monitoring.
