That means, we deliver lining made from ceramic fiber mat as well as re-fractory concrete and brick lining. The ceramic fiber mats will be furnished with different coatings depending on the application. This coatings allows higher flue gas velocities. Additionally the ceramic fiber mats are durable against acid and will be used mainly for combustion of fuel gases and low caloric liquids. The brick lining will be placed at the work shop or at site depending on the size of the combustor and the wishes of the customers. The burner block will be executed from heat resistant concrete. Depending on the fuel the brick lining will be manufac-tured in acid-resistant quality. The insulation of the Combustion Chamber will be adapted to the respective proc-ess, to provide the flue gas from falling below the dew point at the combustion chamber steel wall. Steel construction of our Combustion Chambers will be manufactured at selected high quality work shops.
